my first day of school started off not so bad. i only left the house 10 minutes before lecture was about to start, thinking i would be late but wonders of wonders, bus ride was only like urm, 3 minutes? giving me more than enough time of 7 minutes to slow walk an upslope to the LT and find myself good back row seats with xiuli.
lecture started at 10 am. it ended at 11 30 am. what did i learn today? school is a big waste of time. came to learn nothing but just people watch and see kiasu people scribbling frantically on their already pre printed sheets of notes despite the lecturer saying 3 times "you don't need to copy this". well then, i guess people do see the need to copy her "you don't need to copy this". irony. time kinda crawled though.
laters, went over to mich's place for a while to attempt to bid for xiuli's 5th module, unsuccessfully. cabbed to town later and mich and i both got skinnys. electric blue for me and grey for her. they are so skin tight, they're practically tights. LOVES IT.
okay, so first day of school kinda sucked. am not hoping for any better days to follow. have no school tomorrow. yay.
